Refund Policy

If you're not satisfied within your first 30 days, we'll refund you in full — no questions asked.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

We offer a full refund if:

  • You are a new subscriber to the Pro or Business plan.
  • You request a refund within 30 days of your initial subscription payment.
  • You have not already received a refund for a previous subscription.

2. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at support@voicequoteai.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include:

  • The email address associated with your account.
  • The date of your subscription purchase.
  • A brief reason for your request (optional, but helpful).

We will process your request within 5 business days.

3. Processing Refunds

Refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Once approved, refunds typically appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Upon issuing a refund, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan immediately.

4. Non-Refundable Items

  • Subscriptions older than 30 days from the initial payment date.
  • Subsequent monthly renewals (only the initial subscription payment is eligible).
  • The Free plan (there is no charge, so no refund applies).
  • Accounts found to be in violation of our Terms & Conditions.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Paddle billing portal (accessible via the email receipt you received when subscribing). Cancellation stops future charges. You retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period.

Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund. For refunds within the 30-day window, please follow the process in Section 2 above.

6. Exceptional Circumstances

We may make exceptions to this policy at our discretion for cases of extended service outages, billing errors, or other extraordinary circumstances. Contact us and we'll do our best to make it right.
